About the role
Assisting in creating a company our residents love, you’ll be the face of the People and Culture team for our employees across a portfolio of our South Australia Southern homes. No two days will be the same in this diverse role. One day your focus could be on coaching and supporting our front-line leaders on engaging teams and building culture and the next you could be advising on complex and often sensitive investigations.
